This service department needs customer service training! Service manager was rude, took personal cell calls when checking me in, never addressed me when I approached the counter and ignored me when approa Service manager was rude, took personal cell calls when checking me in, never addressed me when I approached the counter and ignored me when approaching her desk to see what the status of my truck was after waiting 4 hours. Techs need to actually pay more attention to details. In 2 visits soon to be a 3rd they have not resolved a problem, recommended a solution that did not apply to my vehicle and did not test to see if the original complaint was resolved. More
