I brought my car in for warranty service. Several issues were written on the service form and none of the issues were addressed. Upon speaking with the Assistant Service Manager - Tedd D’Ora Several issues were written on the service form and none of the issues were addressed. Upon speaking with the Assistant Service Manager - Tedd D’Orazio inquiring why the issues were not addressed he immediately was defensive and his attitude was horrible. He was so demeaning that other customers were taken back by his behavior especially knowing his position and title at the dealership. In all of my time with dealing with dealerships and service I have never been treated this way. I hope no one ever has to experience what I experienced at your dealership. More
