Had my AC diagnosed on Thu/Fri. They recharged the system, injected dye, gave it back to me and told me to return in 2 weeks. Not sure why they returned it to me because the ac was still blowing warm air when I got the vehicle back. So I returned on Monday, the diagnosis was completed and a new compressor was installed and the vehicle was returned to me the next day, Tuesday. AC seems to be working just fine but it should not have taken 4 days to get it done. Not a cheap fix either, about 2K total, but without anything to compare to, I can't complain too much because I was told up front what the cost would be. They did give me a sr. citizen discount which helped a bit. More

The people at the service area were rude, and after they finished with my car’s maintenance, they just brought me the receipt and they did not explain to me what they did exactly to my car.
