I like Rich, my service coordinator. My work was completed in a timely fashion. The assistants that check cars in were courteous. The waiting room is pleasant. A high profit margin service was recommended which I’ll consider or find a less expensive way to address. They’re in the business of selling service, after all. More

The Sales Manager and Business Manager seemed welcoming and friendly. The company is close to my workplace and offers maintenance service with rides to and from work, plus a very nice waiting area with complimentary beverages. The cashier was also very friendly and congratulated me as well.. The team made it less stressful and an overall pleasant experience. This Toyota location seemed well organized overall. I am looking forward to enjoying my new Toyota Rav4 and any future dealings with this Toyota Team. More

I've had all previous services done by them and it turns out that the Service Dept. had a record of the service history of the car. The car was taken at the proper time and only needed tire rotation, which was done quickly. The car was washed and I was on my way. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and just nice to deal with.
