He also had me rest assured that my vehicle would be taken in a timely manner and that I would be in and out of the dealership! He made me feel appreciated and heard.. I was traveling with my 2 yo when i came into the dealership. My 2 yo was having a tantrum and Bill came by with a Teddy Bear for my 2 yo. It was such a pleasurable experience! Also, he didn’t try to sell me on unnecessary repairs as most places do, being that I am a woman and don’t know much about cars. Bill is definitely an asset to Toyota! Please give him a raise and recognition for excellent customer service! More
