New Car buying experience Ok, so buying a car is never fun, that is a given. Kenny Gross, our salesperson was very helpful , answered our questions and obtained from a another Ok, so buying a car is never fun, that is a given. Kenny Gross, our salesperson was very helpful , answered our questions and obtained from a another dealership the car of our choice. He made our car buying experience better than expected. The only bleep in the process was going to the finace office. There we encountered Al, I dont even see his name on the employee list. I personally dont see why if a customer is paying cash the need to go to the finance office, but apparently it is a way to be strong armed into purchasing an extended warranty!! Uh, why can’t the salesperson present the waranty options..because it’s a good cop, bad cop scenario. Really, what a waste of time! More
