We crossed state lines from Indiana to Illinois to buy our van - a 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE premium FWD. Amanda Woosley in the internet department went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle we wanted as we were quite picky about color and interior. Amanda and her manager Jackie handled all the communications very efficiently via email and phone calls. We finalized the deal vis email and I put the deposit down via the phone. No one in NW Indiana could come close to their deal and their willingness to find me the exact color combination we wanted. They worked with Toyota on the vehicles being built in the pipeline and had one redirected to their dealership just for me. Walked in signed the paperwork and drove home. John Cheung the sales person was very adept at walking through the new features of our vehicle.
