John Cheung is very helpful on my purchased of Sienna. I went to like 4 different toyota dealers, either I need to paid $5k to 10k above MSRP or they asked me to go to the dealer but they had no Sienna t I went to like 4 different toyota dealers, either I need to paid $5k to 10k above MSRP or they asked me to go to the dealer but they had no Sienna to sell (no existing inventory and not accepting orders). John at Continental Toyota not only accept my order, really honest and explain to me the currently situation. Even though I paid above MSRP, but I consider the price I paid are reasonable at this time. I really appreciated the service John and Continental Toyota provided. I will definitely go back if I plan to purchase a Toyota next time. More

Great service and very friendly. I walked in knowing a type of car I wanted and some features that I needed, as well as some that would be nice. They managed to pull one up that had I walked in knowing a type of car I wanted and some features that I needed, as well as some that would be nice.
