0 star for service to all department managers thanks for taking my hard earn $1000 from middle class man its my fault to fell in to trap. STOP playing with people. STOP taking deposits from people before making any agreements. They will say all good will work with you don't worry your credit is good and take deposit. When you come back they throw a deal that you might not effort so you either end up taking a deal which you don't like or you loose $1000 deposit like I did. Any way thank you continental Toyota. We were going to buy new camry and salesman was very helpful until it got to numbers.He started to play games with us.First the price was way too much because SPECIAL paint and after we didn’t agree and helpful until it got to numbers.He started to play games with us.First the price was way too much because SPECIAL paint and after we didn’t agree and walked out he said ok let’s take it off and we agreed to proceed with the buy.Then he brought us bill with all kinds of extra fees and with taxes it came up to 7000$,that’s without interest .And we asked what is this fee and they made mistake in office and as soon as we saw he is trying to rip us off then we left in a hurry.They can keep the car.We bought car from them before but this was not good.I understand they need to make money since they have nothing to sell,lot was empty.So no we are not going to go back.
