Andrea was very personable, detailed and had great follow-up! She was my primary contact and the reason I moved forward with my purchase. I asked for things not in her scope of work but she never hesitated to take ownership. she very willingly obtained what I needed to keep the transaction moving forward so I could secure my dream car!! I did expect a breakdown in the process at some point when she handed me off, based on the remote transaction. Then John flawlessly pick it up and drove this dealerships goal forward!!
