Besides all the pictures that were posted, Alex went out and immediately sent us a video from around and in the car. It’s pollen season there and she even had the vehicle washed off the car to give us a better look. Confident in Alex we flew up early from Ft Myers, she even picked us up at the airport! My purchase went fairly smoothly, it took about three hours on a Monday evening to finish the deal. I had pre-approval from my bank which I think speeded things along. I have no problem with a dealer or sales person making a fair profit but the dealer adjust for the vehicle I bought was $7000 on a vehicle with a base MSRP of $28,000. I believe the total first brought up was over $40,000 which is just too much. More

Dealing with Kelvin Price is the worst experience of my life. I went in after getting a call that a car being shipped from Athens had arrived at the Conyers location. He was not truthful and rude. He said that the car could be there if we agree to buy it even though he said someone else was in the process of buying it. He then tried to get us to buy a car that was 2 years older stating that it was the same car. I told him that the car we wanted wasn't there and it was a waste of my time to be there. I told him I had a short fuse and he told me the same thing, very rude. He is not helpful at all.....RUN!!! More

Sales person was really nice and the car was good to go but the sales manager was not very customer service oriented. I drove an hour on a Saturday to cancel a warranty. He was able to accommodate and help me out but did not fill it out correctly and when I called to have it corrected, he claimed that it was a Monday through Friday thing and refused to fix the problem. It was inconvenient to come throughout the week because I work 7am-5pm and live an hour away. He also claimed that I could’ve called to cancel warranty at anytime but he would not answer the phone( I called and left 2 voice mails) which prompted me to come up to the facility in the first place.
