Over $3000 (of hidden fees) over the price listed on the website. Sat there for 7 hours, even had to answer the phone for my salesman when his phone company took him off hold while he copied my license?? (H website. (He was taking care of his personal phone issues while with me and when he left, told me if they take him off hold to answer the phone while he was gone) the test drive route is just one little square. Again, I was there for over 7 hours! But when it came time to move my stuff out of my old car and into my new one, I was hovered over and didn’t get to really appreciate the moment and thank the old car for all the memories. Now, less than a month from my purchase date, the passenger speaker buzzes and the brakes squeal like they need to be changed. More

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. The first was a used Rogue and the second, most recent, was a brand new Rogue. I always had great service when I took my first Rogue in for maintenance, first was a used Rogue and the second, most recent, was a brand new Rogue. I always had great service when I took my first Rogue in for maintenance, so I was comfortable with this dealership. My buying experience was wonderful. Andre answered all my questions and spent as much time with me as I needed. He never pushed me and was very friendly and informative. He made the finance portion easy and even delivered the paperwork to my husband’s work place. We were very pleased with everything from the beginning to the end. More
