One day after our purchase the vehicle ended up being repaired and two days later it w My wife and I had a poor experience purchasing our new vehicle. One day after our purchase the vehicle ended up being repaired and two days later it was returned with the same problems. After explaining to our sales team that we were not happy with the vehicle sold to us, we were told to bring it back in to exchange for a new vehicle. I brought the Durango back in to exchange it and found the sales manager, AJ, had no interest in following through with our agreement. Instead he suggested we leave it for two more days and let them fix that which had already been "fixed". I would not recommend Coon Rapids Dodge if you value integrity in your business relationships. More

Quick, Painless and Easy Way to Buy a Car! I have purchased a vehicle at this dealership before and it was an easy experience as that time I paid cash for my son's college vehicle. However, this time I needed to finance my new car and I hate the waiting time , etc...that goes into buying a vehicle. So I decided to do most of the work online with my sales person. I shopped the car I wanted a 2015 Dodge Journey. A pop up in the corner was from Carolyn who was a sales person there and she inquired if I needed help. I explained what I wanted to do and within minutes she had emailed me a credit application and we got to work. Long story short due to a busy schedule a week later I was on the floor buying my new car..paper work ready, minimal wait, etc... A dream come true! Carolyn found the exact color I wanted when the black model was already gone from their lot. She had texted me extensively on everything about the vehicle, my finance options and the like.
