I really want to like and use this dealership because its close to me, but they continue to disappoint every chance i give them. When i was trying to buy my 2022 ram 1500 i worked with Jake and John, one tol close to me, but they continue to disappoint every chance i give them. When i was trying to buy my 2022 ram 1500 i worked with Jake and John, one told me to write a blank check and he would pick one for me, and proceeded to hand me off to other sales associates, the other double booked my appointment with another customer, and failed to respond to emails so i gave up. I ended up buying from jeff belzers literally the same day i walked in for the first time because they actually cared to help me. Now i try to schedule service with coon rapids, even for a simple oil change they are booked out 6-7 weeks on the scheduling app with no weekend appointments. I booked with luther only 2 weeks out. It seems i have great experiences with every other ram dealership around this one, just not this dealership. More

Will not return to this dealership for service because of poor customer service and unskilled mechanics. Brought my car in because of an antifreeze leak. The mechanic noted that the antifreeze was low but poor customer service and unskilled mechanics. Brought my car in because of an antifreeze leak. The mechanic noted that the antifreeze was low but was unable to find the issue. Turned out that the mechanic did very limited diagnostic tests to locate the issue. The advisor told me nothing was wrong with the car. Took my car to another dealership that provided great customer service and had highly experience and highly trained mechanics. The antifreeze leak was a result of leaky heads. The car was fixed and runs great. More
