Made it easier than I thought possible! I had been looking at cars for some length of time. In Minnesota buying a new car in the winter isn't always the best choice. Having a great salesperson like Carolyn took all the stress out of purchasing a new vehicle, and I was able to get into a new car much quicker than I had anticipated. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase through him and this dealership and would not go to anyone else! He is top notch to work with - he had cars ready and warmed up for us to go test drive right away. He understood what we needed even though not exactly what we wanted, but he knew it was what we could afford and get the financing for and he made the best of it for us. He went the extra effort by doing a dealer trade for a color we wanted, but found one with the larger back up screen that we were used to and liked on our Dart and went ahead and traded for that one without us even requesting it. Way above and beyond! Greg is very nice and polite to deal with and feel like he is a friend. The special finance group was wonderful to deal with too! Thank you! More
