I drove an hour and a half, took off 4 hours of work to look at this van that I wanted. I even brought my checkbook. I walked in and the salesman told me he had to leave in 30 minutes. I took the van for a ride and it didn't ride as good as I would like. The salesman told me he has been a salesman for a long time and all Town and Country van's ride the same. (So I was stupid). He then tried to sell me a Chevrolet product, I asked if it seated 7 people and he told me I didn't really need 7 seats. I was in shock. What kind of salesman would treat a customer like this? Two days later I went to Coon Rapids Chrysler, Carolyn Hagen was my salesperson. I would recommend her for any new or used vehicle needs. She is an excellent car sales person, she made me very comfortable and at ease. Even the financing was painless and very quick. Carolyn made sure I was getting everything I had on my wish list. When we arrived, he was able to see us right away even though, he looked busy, but he pulled up the car we requested and sent us on a test drive within minutes of our arrival.
