The gentleman (who greeted me in the Service Dept), the mechanic (who worked on my car) and the service adviser (who handed me my keys and offered to explain exactly what was done to my car) were polite, communicative and friendly. Some time ago I went into the dealership for service. Unfortunately, one of the technicians overinflated a tire on my vehicle causing damage to the tire. Because of the damage, I would have been looking at replacing all four tires on my truck at a very considerable price to me out of pocket. I brought my vehicle back into Coos Bay Toyota and told Jerry Davis the service manager about the issue. Jerry then proceeded to do something that you just don't see too much of anymore; he took responsibility and was accountable for the situation. Jerry replaced all four tires with brand new tires that were original to the vehicle at no charge to me. The service I received that day was absolutely top drawer and could serve as a benchmark for other dealerships and businesses that provide like services. They didn't get to my car until 45 minutes after my 8:30 appointment time. They still weren't done with my car 2 hours later. I'd heard that you can get crappy service if you don't buy their expensive service plans and just want the basics. Plus, they were in no hurry to do the recall service either. How unprofessional; I won't be going back any time soon. More

They allow and provide for taking your pet in the area. Their free car wash service includes vaccuming the interior and hand washing and drying the exterior.
