While trying to have several recalls done at my local dealership (during Covid), I was turned away and told to call back in six months, as I did not purchase my vehicle there. I found the next nearest to be Copeland, and was promptly given an appointment four days out. I have also used the service department to help me with a very tough to diagnose issue and was blown away by the professional work from everyone in the service department as well as the very reasonable cost while delivering on all aspects down to the follow up calls. I was honestly going to write a letter and send lunch when my vehicle was finally fixed I was so happy but, (Covid) I didn’t feel it was appropriate at this time to send food. Getting sucked in! Saturday I located (2) Chevy Silverados for sale at Copeland I negotiated for one of them and made an appointment for Monday morning. Drove approximately 1 hr + for the appointment only to be told, that they sold both (2) Trucks when I got there. I guess they don't care about how they conduct business. When I got home I found that I had received a phone call on my home phone 40 minutes before my appointment. This isn't the way to conduct business, very unprofessional. This continues, a week later I'm looking and find one of the trucks still being offered for sale? I called up and I'm told that the website has been up dated and I should see if there is anything there, Guess what, the the same truck is still being listed! When I entered the chat site and being frustrated with their company, and so expressing my frustration. The chat room goes silent . I supposed when your caught in a blunder, best to ignore the potential customer to be. Can you imagine if you bought a vehicle there. I could buy a truck for cash, but the listing of this truck, smells of something horrible More
