Another Great Experience Realized today that my sticker had expired. Messaged the dealership and they told me to “come on down and we’ll take care of you”. Salesperson, not a Sales-Shark I recently visited 5 Chevy dealers and Geoffrey stood out among all other salesperson I met with. He made you feel comfortable immediately without an aggressive sales pitch to win me over and no cheesy sales pitches begging what it will take to buy from him today. He was knowledgeable but not cocky, calm throughout the entire process(even when I may have been a little difficult working the numbers to where we both were hoping to be at) and has a great personality. When it came down to it my wife and I had a number we both felt we needed to be at. Another dealer did go "all in" to win us over but my experience with them in the past was they had a terrible service department and once I purchased a vehicle from them they would never care what happens once I drive off. Yes, I would have saved myself a little money going with the competitor(approx. $1000 or less as apples to apples car comparison difficult to compare). We were looking for a used vehicle, we had viewed their inventory on line prior to arriving and knew what we wanted to test drive. Andrew was so accommodating, straight forward and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision. Needless to say we drove home in the vehicle we had viewed. Salesman Russell Grant assisted me in my venture for a new truck and he was on the ball with everything. All questions I had he had the answers for and just overall made it a great experience. I will tell you we drove almost 2 hours to see this car and we were a bit nervous that it would not be what was advertised. I can not say enough about how pleased we were when we arrived. This dealership was immaculate, and all the staff were very pleasant and friendly. From the moment we met Russell Grant our salesman we could not have been happier. Russell was very pleasant, patient, listened to what exactly we were looking for in every aspect of purchasing a vehicle. He explained things well and did everything right to get us exactly what we were looking for. We have bought many cars in the past and I will say he is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. It was worth the 2 hour drive and I would have driven further to get the service we did with Russell and Copeland Chevrolet. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular Russell.
