Totally satisfied from start to finish I needed a new truck so I went to this dealership to look at the Chevys. Carlos greeted me as I arrived. He was great, gave me a bunch of information I needed a new truck so I went to this dealership to look at the Chevys. Carlos greeted me as I arrived. He was great, gave me a bunch of information on the trucks. I started out with the Colorado, then moved on to the Silverado. I think we looked at 20 different trucks, i must have drove 4 of them. He didnt pressure me at all and showed me every truck with a smile on his face. I started to kind feel bad because I couldnt make up my mind, he said take your time, i said I need to think about things, I will come back tomorrow, he said "I will be here, take your time". Totally not the typical car salesman approach, there was no pressure at all to buy, he wanted me to make sure I bought the righr truck. I returned the next day, again, we dorve several more trucks, and anything I wanted to see he opened up and offered to take it for a ride. He even offered to let me take the truck to my family so they could see it and I could make sure my kids could fit comfortably in the back seat, totally cool of him to offer that to me! Ultimately I ended up buying the perfect truck for me and my family thanks to Carlos and his patience, honesty and knowledge. We had to look no further; this dealership seemed to have the best price for a new Silverado crew cab in our area. There, we met Rob who was friendly and incredibly helpful with the buying process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We will definitely return in the future if we’re in the market for a Chevy. More

He had explained to me on Thursday that I could have my Equinox in my driveway by Friday (about 24 hours later). I had just shopped their website prior and immediately decidied here is where I would be best suited. There were some bumps in my application that needed "personal attention". The financial office along with Carlos provided the necessary steps for me to take to ensure my success! This dealership and it's employees are knowledgeable and offer various values to their vehicles. A true feeling of satisfaction is this dealership's first priority! While admiring the looks of my 2018 Equinox LT Todd Copeland pulled in. The first thing he did was approach me with a extended hand introducing himself. He added some interesting details about my Equinox that I was unaware of. Also, being familiar with my city's sports teams, he had mentioned a few player's names that only a player themselves would know to remember! Impressive and Genuine! What else would you need? They also asked if I was comfortable and offered some refreshment many times while waiting. I would fail in this review if I hadn't mentioned the absolute cleanliness of the entire dealership! First, I would like to take this opportunity to publically thank Rob for literally getting out of his sick bed and coming in to work the first thing i First, I would like to take this opportunity to publically thank Rob for literally getting out of his sick bed and coming in to work the first thing in the morning to see that my car was properly prepped and to deliver it to me, on what was to otherwise be a day of healing for him. Very much appreciated, Rob. I was not a typical customer and made several requests of Rob to provide upto date information on the status of my special order as it progressed from factory scheduling through actual manufacture and transport on its railroad and truck journey from the Grand River Assembly plant in Lansing, Michigan to Brockton, Massachusetts. Rob and his sales managers patiently responded to all of my requests for updates. It was a 5 month process from order to delivery including a grueling 30 day wait from when it was finally actually built to delivery. Contrary to what might be expected, accepting delivery of a new vehicle can be a daunting process (I know, here is where you can feel sorry for me). Rob eased that process, walking me through and explaining the intricacies of applicable rebates and discounts and the tradein discussion. I most appreciate Rob’s high level of attention to detail in visually going over the car prior to releasing it to me. I am confident that he would have picked up and have any minor imperfection corrected. Rob was able to demonstrate one of the important new features of my vehicle, which honestly, I would never have discovered even with a thorough reading of the owners manual and would never have stumbled upon accidentally. At this point in the delivery process, the last thing that I wanted to deal with was more user names and passwords. I appreciated Rob performing and assisting me through setting up BLUETOOTH, ONSTAR, WI-FI, SIRIUS XM, MYCHEVROLET app and whatever else. Further, Rob was faithfull in completing my several requests for saving trinkets and providing copies of unusual documentation. Rob is an example of the “new school” of auto salesmanship in his high level of integrity and putting the satisfaction of his customer first. Sounds really simple doesn’t it, but it is not universal. And yes, Rob is the one who will also be delivering my matching ZR1. More

All my questions were answered and if the answer was not known it was found in short order. The dealer offered a nearly new used truck at a very acceptable price. I financed through Copeland and received a rate comparable to that which my bank would offer. From my first phone contact through Matthew, then Victoria and mgr Steve, I felt confident in their knowledge and willingness to meet my needs.
