I have had the pleasure of working with Steve whenever my car is due for service. I love the video the service technicians send to my phone informing me of the work they are doing. I went to Copeland Toyota to buy a new 2026 Camry Hybrid. Dre was very patient, accommodating, and personable! He went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. One minor issue that has yet to be addressed is that the wrong door sill protector accessory was installed. Dre explained that he would follow up and reach out once the correct accessory has been delivered. It has been a little over a week since. Another reason I did not rate 5-stars was because the finance guy was not interested in answering questions and was dismissive, which made the transaction somewhat uncomfortable. He passed the buck to Dre, without actually offering me the opportunity to speak with Dre before rushing to continue with the e-paperwork. Overall, I would recommend Copeland Toyota for their large inventory, transparent pricing, and because of my positive experience with Dre. More

He fit me in despite busy schedule and they brought me home in a van while my car was undergoing a tire change. I absolutely recommend Copeland. More
