Took my ‘13 Rav4 for 120k mile maintenance and almost $2k later (maintenance plus additional preventative servicing) the car is running smoother. However 4 days after servicing - on the first nice day - I no later (maintenance plus additional preventative servicing) the car is running smoother. However 4 days after servicing - on the first nice day - I noticed that the plastic undercarriage is hanging a bit and not layered properly in the front. Mom of 2, laying down and climbing under the car to notice 4-5 plastic black clips were missing. Now I have to squeeze additional time to drive 45+ mins round trip plus additional wait time on a Saturday morning to get it put back together properly. Not very happy! More

I went to Copeland Toyota to buy a new 2026 Camry Hybrid. Dre was very patient, accommodating, and personable! He went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for me. One minor issue that has yet to be addressed is that the wrong door sill protector accessory was installed. Dre explained that he would follow up and reach out once the correct accessory has been delivered. It has been a little over a week since. Another reason I did not rate 5-stars was because the finance guy was not interested in answering questions and was dismissive, which made the transaction somewhat uncomfortable. He passed the buck to Dre, without actually offering me the opportunity to speak with Dre before rushing to continue with the e-paperwork. Overall, I would recommend Copeland Toyota for their large inventory, transparent pricing, and because of my positive experience with Dre. More
