I am very upset at the dealership’s handling of a simple oil change visit yesterday. The service department took almost 4 hours to perform this service task. At no time did the service rep come and advise t oil change visit yesterday. The service department took almost 4 hours to perform this service task. At no time did the service rep come and advise that the department was running late or convey ANY information. Please understand that I did come in without an appointment, having called the dealership the day before and left a message that was never returned. After complaining to the service manager (Chris?), I was essentially told that’s what happens when you come in without an appointment. When I asked if he (svc mgr) found it acceptable to keep a customer waiting for FOUR hours for an oil change, he told me that he could give me a reason for this but that he was sure I’d see it as an “excuse” rather than a reason, so he wouldn’t even bother. Note: I had told him that I was a ten-year customer with them and was on my fourth Honda. I guess that it didn’t add any credence with him. Note: Lisa Tringali of your sales department did try to soothe my very hurt feelings. She represents your dealership VERY nicely and professionally, as opposed to the service folks. This was NOT a sales visit!!! More
Errol was awesome he was able to tell my wife and I about the car from front to back. He treated us like family. During our test drive we talked as if he was my blood brother.
