I am writing this complaint regarding my recent visit to your service department, and I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would your service department, and I am very disappointed with the level of service I received. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would not recommend your dealership to anyone. During my visit, I encountered two managers who were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed a complete lack of respect towards me and did not seem to care about my concerns. Their behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I left your service department feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I understand that dealing with customers can be challenging at times, but it is essential to treat them with respect and courtesy. As a customer, I expect to be treated in a professional and respectful manner, and this was not the case during my recent visit. I am writing this complaint to express my disappointment with your dealership's service and to inform you that I will not be recommending your services to anyone. If I could give your dealership zero stars, I would. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service you provide to your customers. More

This was my first time buying a car on my own. I preordered a CRV hybrid touring sport, a car that works for my busy schedule with my kids and the distance I drive for work. In April 2023, when I signed the contract Carlos has been through and through and took his time to explain everything on the contract since it was my first time buying a car by myself. I am very grateful for everyone at Coral Springs Honda and especially to Farhan. He’s very professional and very compassionate. I will definitely be returning to Coral Springs Honda next time I need a car! Thank you! I love my new car!! More

I placed a $8000 depos i it for a vehicle 6 months ago and I grew tired of waiting. Also, they’re not respecting the deposit as they’re selling to the highest bidder. I visited the dealer and asked for and I grew tired of waiting. Also, they’re not respecting the deposit as they’re selling to the highest bidder. I visited the dealer and asked for a return on this deposit. I was not greeted with any sympathy I was just given excuses. I was told to that I needed to wait longer for the car i placed the deposit on. I was then told that i needed to wait 5-6 days business day for my deposit, which I was not happy about, I was then told that would be expedited. This was all a lies. After waiting 6 days i called to see what is the status. I called today 4/20 at 9:30am was given a story that they were going to check on it as the manager that was going to handle it was not working today. I get a call at 4:13pm from the manager that is working today and he was trying to convince me to leave the deposit and follow through with my purchase. After 20mins I decided to get my deposit. I was then told that I needed to wait an additional 5 business days because my deposit was never processed. “They dropped the ball”. I was outage of the lack of respect and honesty to me. There was no honesty in this process. This is by far the worst dealer experience in my lifetime. I’ve never been so disrespected as a customer. This dealer deserves no stars. 1 is too much. More
