Had an appt for an oil change - arrived on time - was advised that several mechanics called in sick , therefore wait time longer than expected. Other than the longer wait time the service was great. I went for an oil change. I schedule my appointment in person with Johnny a month ahead of time. I arrived at 7:30 am and they gave me my car back at 11:45 am. What a shame!
