The Internet department was quick to respond and was very helpful and communicative. When we arrived at the dealership, they had the car we were looking for ready to take for a test drive. A $995 add on was placed on my sales contract when I didn’t want it. I asked for GAP only. The additional add on was figured into my monthly payment when the used finance guy discussed how much my paym didn’t want it. I asked for GAP only. I took the contract back and he again said the add on was GAP plus. I took the contract back and spoke to the sales manager who determined it was a gps add on. Another lady posted a review on BBB the same thing happened to her with the same used finance guy two weeks after it happened to me. More
