Problems with brakes that took 3 trips to identify cause .After close to $2000 in payments , Still hear a sound that tells me in 2 more weeks it will happen again . Asked and was charged for oil change and .After close to $2000 in payments , Still hear a sound that tells me in 2 more weeks it will happen again . Asked and was charged for oil change and looking at my screw today it has the wrench tool signal and says oil life 15%. They seriously need to reevaluate the skills and willingness of the mechanics . The 3 times that I almost lost control of my vehicle with my kids in the car when the brakes gave up were scary to say the least. More

I like Coral Springs Honda because it is friendly, clean and comfortable. Most everyone who works there is courteous and helpful. Alex Harb assisted with the trade in of my Civic for a CRV SUV 2022 fits m and comfortable. Most everyone who works there is courteous and helpful. Alex Harb assisted with the trade in of my Civic for a CRV SUV 2022 fits my needs just right. Alex spent a good part of his day finding a car in a color and model that I liked. A very hard working employee. He set me up with a financial person to take care of that part of the transaction while I sat in a luxurious massage chair and enjoyed coffee.
