Stressful and disappointing experience. Integrity seems to be non existent and no concern for the customer. Car was brought up for me with little to no detailing. It also Had no gas!!!! There were many, many things that went from not being truthful and just not caring, that will leave me with nothing good to say. There is obviously a reason that dealers like Carvana where you don’t have to be subjected to a dealership, have blossomed. The whole process is distasteful, stressful and totally unpleasant. More

Eric Disla is great! I was in a difficult position since my car died and could no longer be repaired and I had no transportation other than renting a car, which is like t I was in a difficult position since my car died and could no longer be repaired and I had no transportation other than renting a car, which is like throwing money out a window. After having been to many dealers, I stopped at Coral Springs Honda--the best stop I could have made. Since no Honda HR-V's were available, I had no choice but to put down a deposit and wait for 3 weeks for delivery. I am the caregiver for my husband and wasn't quite sure how I was going to handle being without a car for that long. I received a call from Eric that night. He said a car was available for me to drive and for my hairband to see the next day. We were able to purchase that car that same day! I had the rental car and my husband doesn't drive anymore, so Eric even drove the new car to my home! It was a great experience and Eric...you are the best! This Honda dealership has an excellent Service Department. My service guy was Alex Clarke. He kept me informed of my repair and a part on back order daily. The job was finished immediately following the arrival of the part. One of the things that left an impression was they didn’t mess around waiting for the part. They got everything else completed up to the back ordered part and was ready immediately upon arrival. The car was finished before I got out of bed. Alex was very kind and professional. He also sent a driver to pick me up as soon as I was ready. Everything just went so smoothly. I will definitely request that Alex be my guy the next time I go in. He is an asset to the dealership.
