Time means nothing to them. If you don’t keep on their back an oil change could take 10 hours. This is not my first time with this problem. Appointments mean nothing. When you push them they take shortcuts to get you out. I give up and will avoid them at all costs if possible. They usually give you a check sheet showing what they have examined and the results. Not so when rushed. Complimentary car wash. After waiting so long you don’t have time for it. They did find time to try to sell me tires. I give up with them. More
