My review is specifically for George a. k.a. JP (Jorge Pereira) at Coral Springs Honda. Upon showing up at the dealership, I was fortunate enough to randomly land JP as a sales rep. He showe k.a. JP (Jorge Pereira) at Coral Springs Honda. Upon showing up at the dealership, I was fortunate enough to randomly land JP as a sales rep. He showed me some different Honda CR-Vs, including both pre-owned (example: 2022 Special Edition) and new LX models. I found JP to be patient and helpful. Furthermore, when we eventually agreed upon OTD (out the door) deal terms, he kept his word and followed through, which I'd say is quite rare, as far as dealership experiences go. I can't say the same for some of the others I encountered at Coral Springs Honda (the finance people changed some numbers around and seemed somewhat sneaky), but JP made sure our deal terms were honored. I ended up with a new 2024 Honda CR-V LX, and even after leaving the dealership, JP has been attentive to my questions/concerns. More
