Four hours to patch a tire. Complimentary car wash was promised but never delivered. Tire valve stem cap was never replaced and the hard rear cargo cover inside vehicle for spar Complimentary car wash was promised but never delivered. Tire valve stem cap was never replaced and the hard rear cargo cover inside vehicle for spare tire removal was replaced upside down. And then to add insult to injury; a $5.99 environmental disposal fee!!!! What did you dispose of??? Invoice states that, ‘inspection found foreign material in tire and removed object’. I removed the object/screw and discarded prior to placing tire in back of vehicle. I don’t want to imagine what a major service entails, if this is how a tire is patched at a Honda dealership. More
