This is the worst service I have ever received from any dealer in Rochester, NY. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in with the check engine light on and the oil light on. They called me after 3 days and told me t dealer in Rochester, NY. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in with the check engine light on and the oil light on. They called me after 3 days and told me they found the problem and that it would cost $1,800 to fix it. When I checked the value of all the parts on a website, all it cost was only $250. But I said, "Okay, if my Jeep is fine, I'll pay the $1,800 without any problem." When the day came to pick up my Jeep, they called me back and told me that the check engine light came back on and that I had to check again to see what the problem was. 2 weeks went by, and I had to call to check the status of my Jeep. They told me that another mechanic had to check the Jeep and found the problem, and that it would be an additional $3,500 on top of the $1,800 I had already owed. so now it would be $5,300 for the total to fix my jeep but that he trusted the mechanic a lot and that he was confident he would solve the problem. A week later I called again and told him that it had been 6 weeks and that it was enough time to have my jeep fixed. On Friday, May 2, they called me and told me that it was ready but that on Monday the manager had to drive the jeep at least 40 miles to be sure that everything was ok. They called me on Tuesday, May 6, that the jeep was ready and that the grand total was $5,354 but that they had given me a $300 discount. I went to pick up my jeep on May 7 and drove about 45 miles in Rochester to enjoy my jeep. Suddenly the check engine started again. When I realize it, they never drove the jeep to be sure it didn't have any problems. I called to tell them about the situation, and they told me I had to take it back and see what the problem was. If they can't fix it in 6 weeks, how do they expect me to take it back and keep charging me? The Jeep had 113,310 miles and when I looked it up it had 113,315. They drove the Jeep for only 5 miles. If you want to fix your car, I do not recommend this dealer at all. Stay away from them at all costs. More
