An annoying rattle was coming from the dash An annoying rattle that was coming from the dash had to be eliminated. After a few attempts they finally identified it and eliminated it, great job! No appt service My 2008 Jeep Wrangler goes in to the dealer about twice a year, usually for major work. Its been a long hard ride. I had it towed tow to Cortese on a Monday afternoon without an appointment. They diagnosed a faulty starter, ordered the parts and had it ready for me Wednesday morning. Nick had diagnostics, parts and labor all covered under my wrapper warranty. This is usually more than a checkbox, Chrysler pushes back on honoring the warranty on an 11 year old Jeep with 200,000 miles. I have had major issues with another Rochester Jeep Dealer. Problem starting the car. Car wouldn't start in the am, so got jumped by AAA. They thought running for an hour would solve issue. Didn't start again. AAA came and jumped it, but dealer wary about having the ability to look at it sure to a full shop. They fit it in, replaced battery under warranty and it seems fine now. More
