When I go into a dealership, I am not looking to make friends or a new buddy. I wanted to hammer out a deal. Chris and the team could handle anything I brought at them. They wanted business and they earned it! Chris is knowledgeable of the vehicles, services, and present market. He was friendly and didn't pitch any cheesy sales gimmicks from the 80s. Cortese earned my business and I would recommend the dealership and more importantly Chris to any consumer. More
2014 end of the year deal I really enjoyed myself getting this car. It;s more than I thought I was going to be paying but overall I went online and got a call the same day and I really enjoyed myself getting this car. This was done all on the 30th of December and on the 31st of December I was driving away with my new 2014 outlander sport. Its a fabulous blue. I thank all those who assisted with this end of the year deal. Did I say that I wanted by the end of the year. It was a happy birthday, merry Christmas and happy new year all rolled into one. Poor Delivery Process Just leased a 2014 Ram 1500, I stopped in last night, spent about an hour and a half getting the deal worked out (a little higher than I wanted to pay Just leased a 2014 Ram 1500, I stopped in last night, spent about an hour and a half getting the deal worked out (a little higher than I wanted to pay but acceptable), paid the money due for signing and came back today for final paperwork and delivery. Sales agent told me they couldn't accept my trade (a lease that had 2 payments remaining) as it would be too expensive to buy out and that I would need to "just turn it in myself." Not too big of a deal, a hassle but not a deal breaker. Then when I went to finalize the paperwork the monthly price jumped up $4-5 due to a "calculation error" once again not too big of a deal. Finished all of the paperwork, sales agent handed me the keys, shook my hand and that was it. No vehicle walk through, no demonstration of features etc, and the kick in the pants, they delivered the truck with less than a half tank of gas!?!? I've bought a lot of new cars in my day and they always come with a full tank of gas and a new vehicle orientation, I got neither and then the sales agent, who had left the lot promptly after handing me the keys, replied to my text message "I Am So sorry, I question them regarding that before and I was told chrysler does not provide a full tank. However, to get your recommendation I will insist that u do. Give me till Friday morning and I will resolve this for you." I've never heard of such a thing. In addition, since they decided to not take my trade the day of delivery I had to scramble to arrange transportation and pick up to get both vehicles back home. I'm not sure if it was just the sales agent, the sales manager or the dealership as a whole that dropped the ball here but it definitely didn't leave me feeling satisfied with my new vehicle delivery. Based on this experience I would not purchase again from Cortese nor recommend my local business associates to do so either. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE We started our our search on the Internet and found the exact vehicle we were looking for here. We called and asked a few questions on Sunday and scheduled a visit for Thursday as we were coming over 100 miles to see this vehicle..Upon arrival at 11 am..they had the car out and ready for a test drive..after very fair negotiations we went to lunch in one of their vehicles and drove home at 430 pm with our new vehicle..EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL..everyone we dealt with including the detail person and mechanic was respectful and extremely courteous. The day before I was to pick up the car, the sales manager called and said they made a mistake, the car would actually be $4,500 more than they quoted. I asked them to honor their deal. No. "There is no way this deal is going to happen," I was told. I even received a nasty phone call from Mr. John Cortese himself who suggested that their mistake was my fault and that somehow I was trying to scam the dealership. If you're looking for an honest dealer - go somewhere else. What really gets me though, is that they would have sold to me at MSRP and felt no remorse that the deal was not in my favor. However, when the deal is not in THEIR favor, they balk. More
