First Visit This was my first visit for service at Cortese, however I met a gentleman in the lounge that told me he would not go anywhere else. His car had 160,000 miles and Cortese took great care of him. It made me feel right at home and trusting of their service. Only complaint might be that it was pouring when my vehicle was ready and there was no cover to get to the car. Had to run through the rain to pick it up. Oil change and tire rotation took about 70 minutes. All my questions were answered and I was very satisfied with the service. First visit was free which made it even better! More

When I went to pick up- i was told a fee when i was expecting my visit to be no charge- When I asked to speak to service manager he came out aggressive and brought "paperwork" for "Proof" that car had (1) oil change done on it previously (6K?). Very aggressive - did not want to hear the mix up of details when car was dropped over 6 months prior with 6k miles on it and how they would NOT do oil change at that visit due to LOW mileage. Finally for sake of not arguing, I paid for oil change even though accordingly to their records I only had put on 3k additional miles since last oil change. No customer service skills, horrible customer relation skills- management needs courses on how to talk to customer and WOMEN as well. UNHAPPY- location is bad enough to get in and out of on road to deal with bad service on top of it! More
