Mike in service was great! That is not why I wouldn't recommend you. The fact that you are charging a fee to pay with a credit card is ridiculous. It's not like your a small r That is not why I wouldn't recommend you. The fact that you are charging a fee to pay with a credit card is ridiculous. It's not like your a small restaurant with minimal charges from your clientele. Your service department billing can be $100, and most likely more, and now your charging your customers a fee on top of that?! People don't walk around with that kind of cash or a checkbook anymore. Meanwhile, I'm sure you get a better credit card discount rate than Sunny's restaurant. Horrible customer care. Shame on you. More

I brought the truck in for a spongy break pedal, It feels like there is air in the lines. They say this is just the way it is.
