Outstanding I needed a warranty repair on my transmission on my vehicle. I was told that it would take 6 weeks before they could look at it. I have a small busine I needed a warranty repair on my transmission on my vehicle. I was told that it would take 6 weeks before they could look at it. I have a small business, and I am booked through 2020. A six week delay would put me out of business. I would never recover from it. I offered to pay for the repair instead of going through warranty, which I was told would get it done a little faster. Darren reconsidered. He put my truck up on the rack and looked at it that day. A few days later he told me that he would do it warranty, because I shouldn't have to pay for it twice, and he was going to put in a new transmission and I would have it in 3-4 days. I was thrilled and hugged them all. He said that the mechanic and the sales manager and he had made it happen, I know it was an imposition to fit me into the schedule, but they did it nonetheless. He said he just wanted me to be happy. More

Initially my appointment was set through app for a Tuesday at 12:15. Appointment was confirmed by service dept 5 times telling me not to forget my appointment. When I arrived the Service Rep says no appointment showing and no service available due to everyone at lunch. So I had to come back a 2nd time which was quite inconvenient. So my problem is with your online Ford app not talking with Service Dept. More
