Recent service experience Brought my car in for an oil change and they found a slice in my drivers side tire and told me it was a safety hazard and feel the price for two tires Brought my car in for an oil change and they found a slice in my drivers side tire and told me it was a safety hazard and feel the price for two tires was high. On arriving home I noticed grease marks on the interior roof on both the drivers and passengers side fortunately I was able to remove them with dish soap. My only problem and concern is why? More

Vic got stuck showing me a number of vehicles ranging from a 2017 Escape, to a 2019 Escape, and a 2019 Edge.that he had to locate and drive up to me for my look see. He did it all seemingly happily.
