Over Priced Labor Vehicle was in for Recall Notice and Inspection. Needed new rear shocks for my 2010 Ford Escape to pass inspection, these were not struts where the sp Vehicle was in for Recall Notice and Inspection. Needed new rear shocks for my 2010 Ford Escape to pass inspection, these were not struts where the springs needed removed and compressed, just regular 2 point fixed locations. Price per shock was OK, but Labor to install was over $225. I have been to other service garages over 40 years and Never paid this much for installation, but I needed the inspection done as it was the end of the month. I would highly question the labor rate if other work is required again. More

No straight answers, different person, different story. I purchased a car on August 2. The car did not have a manual in it. Sales manager (David) said I will get you one even if I have to order it. Called a week later spoke to same manager was told it hasn't came in yet. At that time I also told him about some rubber around the trunk being loose. He said just bring in and we will check it. I said it's not pressing so I will have them check it when I pick up the manual. He agreed. Received an email from sale person another week later wishing me a Happy Birthday, I replied when can I get the manual. he replied: "ordering it today" I replied so the sale manager who told me (3) weeks ago that he order it didn't? No reply. You tell me, Good customer service? Oh, and by the , when can I get that manual? More

Was told that the shop opened up my transmission to take a look at my clutch (repair was for a possible clutch issue, car was recalled by ford), but didn’t replace the clutch, instead put clutch failure warning software on the car. If transmission was being opened why not just replace the clutch. More
