Quick easy sale with VERY poor help after. I bought a Focus RS. The sale was quick and easy. It came with the winter wheels and tires package and it took WEEKS for them to prepare the tires w I bought a Focus RS. The sale was quick and easy. It came with the winter wheels and tires package and it took WEEKS for them to prepare the tires which isn't a big deal, but I didn't feel confident that I was going to get them. When they arrived 1 wheel was missing a center cap and 2 were missing valve stem caps which I unfortunately didn't notice until after I got home. Finally the car did not come with an owner's manual which I noticed when I purchased the car and I was told to use the Ford mobile app and assured that Cortese would find one for me. This never happened. I'm still trying to call and email the dealership to get these items. This is not what I expect after a purchase a $40k+ vehicle. With that said, the finance manager was fantastic. UPDATE: Shortly (minutes) after posting this review I was contacted by the salesman and parts manager. I was told that what I needed would be ordered and I would receive a certificate for a free "doll-up"(?). About 2 weeks later I received the parts I was missing (center cap, valve covers, owners manual) which I was happy about. Unfortunately I did not receive the owner's manual that should come with the car (i.e. the leather wrapped "Ford Performance" case), but instead a cheap generic Ford case, but that is better than nothing. I never got the "doll-up" certificate as promised, but I'm just happy to have what I paid for. Overall, I felt a bit better about my purchase. More

I found the scheduling site very easily and entered the required information, the service administration department followed up to confirm the scheduled event and requested needs and services. I arrived on time, and the service to change the oil, oil filter, rotate tires and replace wiper blades was completed in less than an hour - very satisfactory in my opinion. After leaving the shop (approximately 1 day and 400 miles later) I checked the truck information system and found that the technician, did not reset the lubricant use percentage indicator. That's the only problem I had with this visit; otherwise, the service administration and shop scheduler were top notch, attentive and helpful. I'm certain if I had checked the truck information while I was there, the problem would have been immediately corrected. More

I spelled my name three times and she finally transferred me to the service department. I left a message requesting a callback. The exact same thing happened two days in a row. I was relieved to finally speak to Darren who explained the problem with my car and had it ready for me within a few hours. More
