Numerous phone calls not returned from Denise Warren,currently working with general manager,who scheduled 6 service visits with no resolve, now once again no one will return phone calls.This problem is not able to be fixed due to size of sunroof, cut out and no roof light ,most recent problem pouring water in top on passenger side.. NO RETURN PHONE CALLS once again. Many weeks ago offered trade on vehicle at no additional cost to me since rescinded,and told problem solved ,it is not! Last discussion one month ago was not even an option,trading my car at a loss to me of 5500 dollars. Now no follow up or return calls,this is not an option, i did not cause the problem and should not have to pay for it.Customer service horrible with the exception of service writer Darin.Do not purchase a car her nice attitude and attentiveness will subside as soon as you leave and sign the contract. I inquired about leasing and he called Bill over who answered my questions. We eventually made our way to his office and long story short, we made a deal. I entered into my first leasing experience for a 3 yr. term. I'm leasing a beautiful, slick gray 2014 Lincoln MKX. Bill was very knowledgeable, informative and clear on his communications.
