Wayne Rainey made a positive, lasting impression I have always avoided what I considered an unpleasant experience: buying a car. My late husband would bring a car home from a dealership for us to tes I have always avoided what I considered an unpleasant experience: buying a car. My late husband would bring a car home from a dealership for us to test drive for a couple days. Ten years ago he chose a 2002 Lincoln Town Car over a 2003 Cadillac from another dealership. The reason for his choice was Wayne Rainey. Now, I reluctantly decided to trade in that reliable car since the mileage was well over 100,000 miles. I went back to Cortese in search of a certified Lincoln MKS and more importantly in search of Wayne Rainey. Wayne was the first person I saw as I walked through the door 10 years later. He was still as helpful, knowledgeable, patient, up-beat, and trustworthy as ever. Since I am a Florida resident, much more paperwork was required. He helped me fill out the forms, went through the checklist and had the forms notarized through the Cortese offices. He was patience personified in teaching me, and setting up, all the bells and whistles of the highly computerized MKS. I love my car and truly appreciate the help and special care from Wayne Rainey. A great Salesperson made my experience excellent I have not purchased a vehicle in many years. Before I shoped this time,I did some research, but was quite upset over hearing all my friends telling me about the bad experiences they have had buying cars. I stopped into Cortese Ford last Friday. I was so lucky to meet, and work with a young lady that immediatelly made me comfortable. Her name is Andrea Chapin. She was friendly , kind, and had a wonderful smile. I was not intending to purchase a new vehicle that day, but Andrea changed all that. I bought a new Ford Explorer Limited, and it is a magnificent vehicle. Andrea was so helpful, and knowlegeable, and made me feel like I will be able to trust her for any problem I may have with my vehicle.You have a wonderful emplyee there Cortese, please charish her. Just Bought our Third (and Fourth) Cars from Cortese We are repeat customers. I had my first Cortese car in 2004 when I leased a new Escape. I loved that truck (back then it WAS a truck - not the scaled-down whatever it is now). When the lease expired, I bought a pre-owned 2006 Fusion (in 2007). We still have that car, and we STILL love it. When our family-hauler (a 2004 Buick Rainier) began giving us reliability issues, we decided to return to Cortese. We met with Tommy Ciavarri when we walked in (no appointment). We now own a 2012 pre-owned Ford Fusion, and she's a beauty. We are a two-Fusion-family. The entire experience was a positive one. Tommy worked hard to get us the deal that we wanted. We were so pleased that I went back with my 23-year old son to purchase his first car - a 2011 Nissan Sentra. This time we dealt with the Dodge store - Cortese Dodge, and that experience was a great one, too. They worked hard to get my son a great deal, and they made sure his first experience buying a car was a great one. We will definitely return in the future. Cortese has never steered us wrong. More

When I got the Job 3 months later I knew who to call. He still remembered me after 3 months and was very helpful in finding me a car within the new stock. Your team, especially Dan, are all clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction. I have been and will be continuing to recommend Dan and Cortese to potential buyers. For example, I will be meeting shortly with members of the New York State Electric Vehicle Association and will be showing the C-MAX. I will also be showing spread sheets covering all of the details of energy use and costs for all trips taken to that date. FYI, I am a retired engineer and department head from Eastman Kodak; I founded the New York State Electric Vehicle Association and also the Electric Grand Prix Corp.
