Cortese Ford Lincoln

I visited Cortese Auto to look at a Lincoln MKZ. Well, I saw, I liked, I leased!! I was there for approximately 2 & 1/2 hours working with Adam Valentine and then Jarrod Lee. I had not made arrangements to have my Infiniti inspected yet because I was going to look at the 2013 Infiniti in the next few days. But ...... I then made arrangements the following day to return my leased G37X Infiniti to the Infiniti dealer . Adam had stated I could return my car to Infiniti dealer down the road and someone could pick me up and bing me to Cortese to pick up my new car. I received a call from Cortese management stating that Andrea Chapin would be assisting me with the car instead of Adam. She, also, was extremely helpful and went over all the paperwork and the instructions for the new car and said I could call with any questions that I may have and she has followed up with emails also. I went to another local ford dealer and was not satisfied with the service that I received. So I went to Cortese Ford and started working with Denise. The time and assistance that Denise gave to both myself with the service that I received. So I went to Cortese Ford and started working with Denise. The time and assistance that Denise gave to both myself and my family in looking for a new Explorer was far above what I expected. Denise located an Explorer with all the options that I wanted and was able to keep it within the price range that I wanted to spend. I also dropped off my new vehicle today to have the ziebart package applied and Denise made her self available to get the vehicle in and had a loaner car ready for me so that I could continue on to work. I would by far recommend Cortese for purchasing a new vehicle and I would recommend that you look up Denise Warren to be your sales representative as I feel she goes far and above what is expected for the customer. I had a great experience buying a car from Cortese Ford. The final cost was much lower than comparable vehicles at other dealers. When a clerical error was made with my tax (I live in a different county with a different rate) the management took the difference and gave me a discount on my extended warranty. The car wasn't ready to leave the lot yet so I went out to dinner, came back, signed my paper work, and the car was ready to go washed and with a full tank. Wayne got me setup on Ford Sync with my online account and with bluetooth on my phone. It was a great first time car buying experience, thanks to Wayne, the financing team, and the excellent management. More

Tim was amazing!!!! I have wanted the car I bought for 3 months but was hesitant to get it because it was more than I wanted to spend. Here we are 3 months later and I'm happy than I ever thought! I was in the market for a used care to replace the vehicle for my wife. Cortese was the first dealership of many that we visited, and in the end it was where we came back to make our purchase. Our salesman was James Jochen and he was fantastic from beginning to end. He was attentive to our needs and to our budget and found us a vehicle that worked for us. He was responsive and attentive to all communications that we had over a week and a half period. He was polite, friendly, and willing to get an answer for us, even if he had to "go the extra mile" to get it for us. The overall customer service was absolutely wonderful. Every person that we met along the way was kind and courteous to us. The price that we paid for the vehicle was several thousand lower than the KBB estimated value and much lower than other dealerships in the area for a comparable vehicle. All in all I would definitely return back to Cortese in the future when I will be looking for another vehicle. More
