from start to finish, it took 3 days to get our van "completely", when it was promised to be ready at 5:00 on day 1. we were promised a new battery when the van didn't start for the test drive, told "completely", when it was promised to be ready at 5:00 on day 1. we were promised a new battery when the van didn't start for the test drive, told they'd get it inspected and it'd be ready at 5. we paid our deposit and left our plates to be transferred. we returned at 5:00, and our plates weren't on the van. we were told to take it with dealer plates and return the next day because it hadn't passed inspection. the next day came and went and it still didn't pass inspection. bring it back tomorrow we were told. it's very concerning when in two full days a "quality" used vehicle can't pass inspection. the third day, the van had to be jump started by my husband and to our dismay the battery had never even been changed. my husband returned the third day and told our salesman we wanted it done that day as we were really starting to question our choice to buy this vehicle from cortese. he also asked for a tank of gas due to the inconvenience of all the back and forth. as soon as the battery was really replaced it passed the inspection and was returned to us. as an added slap in the face, there was less than a half a tank of gas and the windshield washer fluid was completely empty. when I called to voice my dissatisfaction, I was offered 3 free oil changes....why would we ever bring our vehicle to a shop that doesn't do what they promise? More

When I was about to take delivery of my 2009 Lincoln in January 2010, my husband was in intensive care, without a good prognosis.
