When we walked in, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Sam Cubiotti. He made us feel welcome and at ease. He was extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We felt comfortable with him, as we asked many questions about buying or leasing a new vehicle. Sam addressed all of our questions and concerns, when purchasing our new Jeep Liberty Latitude. He informed us of many different options that would suit our needs best. Sam is an easy going person and we did not feel pressured in any way, he is a wonderful asset to your company. It was because of Sam Cubiotti that My husband and I did not lease or buy a Kia, however we purchased a new Jeep Liberty Latitude. On 12/27/12 I walked into Cortese Dealership after I had fallen in Love with a Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 parked out front. Then Dave Hilner appproached me & immediately made me feel comfortable with his knowledge, expertise, proffesionalism, customer focus and friendliness.I really feel Dave was interested in creating a personal relationship with me right from the get go and has never wavered from that since. Wanting to be my point of contact with any questions, concerns, or simple requests. Always staying a step ahead of me,... switching insurance coverages, arranging appts for Zeibart protection for truck, & having vehicle clean warm & ready for my wife & I every time... Awesome!!..The last Salesman at Vision Hyundai who sold my wife & I a brand-new vehicle didnt want to have anything to do with us after the sale was finalized and shuffled us off to various service dept. with any concerns we had. I will continue to come to Dave in the future for any vehicle intersts and concerns, As well as "HIGHLY" recommend him to anyone interested in an Exemplary buying experience that is customer-driven..and Not Sales-driven as I have experienced at so many Dealerships in past. My intention was not to buy another vehicle, but the car I was driving was 13 years old. My husband has spend the last two years fixing on this vehicle almost every month. I have gotten money worth out of the vehicle. When I had to take the bus, I started getting upset and decided that I would go, and look at getting another car. I went to Cortese, becuase I bought my previous car from Cortes. So, I figure I might have a good chance at getting one. My husband and I went to Cortese and we was greeted by Mr. May. I am glad that it was Mr. May that I had met. Mr. May is a very nice and honest person. He never tried to sell me something that I could not afford. I told him what I wanted, and he told me what I could get. He told me, I had a good chance of getting the vehicle, but I did not believe him. Two days later, I had the vehicle. The whole process went so fast, I was kind of shocked, but I am very greatful to him. Mr. May is a very nice and honest sales consultant, and this is what you want when you are looking for a vehicle. When buying any product, you want someone who is going to be honest with you and trust worthy. I love my new Hyundai. I want to say thank you Tim May, and to John Cortese for hiring such a nice, honest sales consultant. If anyone is looking for a new vehicle I reccommend going to Cortese. When I first walked into cortese, I really wanted to leave that day with a new car. Tim May was very helpful, and did not push me to buy that day, " Lets find you a car that you want".
