My boyfriend (a car guy turned accountant) did some recon for me on the Ford Dealerships in the area. He told me about the friendly service and great deals at Cortese so he brought me in. He worked with us on price and what our needs were...and we had some fun too!! After sleeping on it and talking to him the next day we were ready to make a deal and he told me that the car could be ready to pick up later that day! VERY exciting. This is my first new car and we ended up going with the lease, I had a lot of questions on both leasing as well as my new fancy car (I traded in my Chevy Lumina with 210,000 miles on it). Tim was thorough and was never mad that both nights we kept him after closing! The whole environment at Cortese was great, lots of laughs made the buying process exciting and not stressful at all. On 12/27/12 I walked into Cortese Dealership after I had fallen in Love with a Dodge Ram 1500 4X4 parked out front. Wanting to be my point of contact with any questions, concerns, or simple requests. Always staying a step ahead of me,... switching insurance coverages, arranging appts for Zeibart protection for truck, & having vehicle clean warm & ready for my wife & I every time... Awesome!!..The last Salesman at Vision Hyundai who sold my wife & I a brand-new vehicle didnt want to have anything to do with us after the sale was finalized and shuffled us off to various service dept. with any concerns we had.
