My daughter and I were looking for a new car for her and went to Cortese after looking elsewhere to compare price. We were greated by Sam Cubiotti who was very friendly. I explained we had been giben a pric went to Cortese after looking elsewhere to compare price. We were greated by Sam Cubiotti who was very friendly. I explained we had been giben a price from another dealer and were there to see if Cortese could match or beat it. He asked if I would tell him what the other offer was and I said not yet because I wanted to see what the best deal was at Cortese. After telling them exactly waht car we were interested in and finding one on the lot that had the same exact sticker price they looked at our trade in and came back with a price. To our surprise the Cortese price was $3,500 more than we were quoted elsewhere. I told him just that and he acted shocked. I was then told by both Sam and the "sales manager" who I believe was also named Sam, that this was impossible and the other dealer was "playing games". I responded that we would go back to the other dealer and if that was the case we'd be back. Instead of letting us leave they then made us wait another 30 minutes while they went back over the numbers and came back with a price a few hundred dollars less. I again said they weren't even close and asked that they give my daughter her key back so we could leave. The salesman responded he didn't have it but would get it and that they wanted to look at her car again so it would take a few minutes. I got up and told and insisted we were leaving NOW and started walking toward the office when he then produced the key. He and the manager followed us into the parking lot asking we stay. When we got to her vehicle they tried to get into the drivers door for "one more look"! My daughter wouldn't unlock the door untill she was able to just get in herself and leave. As I pulled out in my own vehicle the manager stopped me in the parking lot and told me he might be able to find lower the price by another $100 or so. Long story short I returned to the original dealer the next day and they honored the quoted price. We purchased the car that day and picked it up that evening. I would never return to Cortese Dodge for any reason. More

Thanks to Anna, Sam and the entire Cortese team for a fantastic experience while buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sam spend some time listening to what I was looking for and then took me out to look over a nice selection of vehicles that met my criteria. He then arranged an extended test drive of the exact vehicle I was interested in. Once back in the dealership to talk "business" (the dreaded negotiation), I was introduced to Anna Moretti, Senior Sales Consultant who politely walked me through my purchase options and allowed me to outline for her the kind of deal I was looking for. She immediately went to work and was able to secure precisely what I had asked for, without all the back and forth game playing normally associated with car buying. What a delightful lady and a wonderful buying experience. From my arrival at the dealership to the completion of the deal in record time, and best of all I was able to pick up my new vehicle the same afternoon. If you are looking for a great car and a dealership you can feel good about, you owe it to yourself to take a look at Cortese. I'm glad I did! More

She is energetic, had already narrowed the search down based on the information sent via email, and had a few cars ready to go. Andrea was fun to work with - something I never thought I'd say about a car salesman. My wife Marianne said she feels comfortable calling Andrea if she has some questions about the car and she's never felt that way about a dealer before. Cortese was the third dealership we had been too that day and we had planned to go to a fourth - but the buying experience was so good we closed the deal without visiting the other car lot. Andrea was more into customer service than "selling" and it actually made us ready to buy the car. She also introduced us to guys in the service department, something else no other dealership did. Joe DiGuardi was friendly and professional on the financing side of things. I would prefer to have the information about the extended warranty options prior to coming into pick up the car and finalize paperwork - just because it slows the process down and dampens the excitement of buying the car. I assume that's just the model the dealership follows and this doesn't reflect on Joe's job or interaction with us at all. And - 5 days after buying the car, we love it! Thanks.
