Their selection is great. They had a large assortment and had what we were looking for. We worked with Anna over the phone on the details of the purchase. We were concerned about driving over 100 miles and possibly having to deal with your typical bad apple car dealer and finding out the deal changed when we got there. This was NOT the case at all. Tim May at Cortse Lincoln was very informative, not pushy. I came into the dealership to look at another model but after talking with Tim and hearing all the benefits and options that came with a Linc pushy. I knew the Lincoln was the right car for me after drivig it. Tim and the dealership gave a good price for my trade in. We didn't want to haggle and ask for the best prce. Tim came back with a decent price, we asked for a little more money off. Tim was happy to have the finance department take a second look at our price. After a few minutes Tim came back with the price we wanted and the deal was made. My husband and I walked out of Cortese feeling we got a great deal and also liked how we were treated with respect. I came back the next day to pick up my new Lincoln and again Tim greeted me. He walked out with me and went over the sound system and set up the webpage and programed my phone system. This was our second purchase in one year and will never go to any other dealership for purchases or maintenance work. We also purchased the Ziebart packages and found that a great investment for the longevity of our Escalade (our 5th cadillac) and Jeep (our third). You will find Tim May in the Lincoln showroom but he can help you with your purchase in any of the 3-4 buildings and with any of the makes you prefer. He was also instrumental with his knowledge of the Ziebart offerings too. Their garage is spotless and organized. I met the entire staff and found all of them very helpful and offered to explain anything further if necessary. Norma in the cashier's office was also great!!
