He was also instrumental with his knowledge of the Ziebart offerings too. Their garage is spotless and organized. Somehow she worked into the conversation what features and colors I was interested in while bringing up several trucks for me to test drive. Although it wasn't one of the colors I preferred, we soon were working towards closing a deal. I felt she was working with me as much as Cortese. It took a second day, but she helped bring me in to sign a deal. She introduced us around to several others, including service.
