Awesome Dealership. First place I went to where no one was pushy. I went to buy a used vehicle and drove away with a brand spanking new 2011 Chrysler 200. After getting some disappointing news from another dealership, I decided to go online. I was very impressed with Cortese's website and the ease of obtaining information, even for my trade in. When I arrived at the dealership I was blessed with meeting Mr. Fogg, who took his time to explain all my possibilites and listen to all my concerns. He was professional and honest. As the time passed, Mr. Fogg explained the process, and kept the hope that the dealership would do all that was in their control to make sure I got the best deal possible. I am extremly pleased with the results! I received a good deal to fit my needs and saved a bundle in my monthly expenses!! Sales Consultant Denise Warren knew her product, was candid and pleasant in our discussions. She was ready with paperwork, was attentive and responsive to my questions. The experiance with her was as good as it gets! Service Advisor Dino D'Aloisio was immediately responsive to the problem mentioned above and was quick to provide a temporary vehicle for my use while waiting for service. He escorted me to a comfortable area in the showroom for me to review the new car manuals while I waited. Very nice attitude. More

I want to start out by thanking Dave Eichelberger for going the distance and beyond for me when other dealerships would not give me the time. Not only did I purchace my explorer from Dave my cousin with new credit Dave got him into a brand new car when other dealers told him it would never happen. The whole staff at Cortese is what makes this dealership get 5 stars in my opinion. I have had a couple of small issues and never once was mistreated by servece or told I need more than what was required. I have purchased many used cars in the past but I assure you when it comes time to make my next purchace it won't be from any other dealer or salesman. I actually tried to make another purchace and they talked me out of it so I will get a better deal in the near future. Keep in mind that no one makes money if I walk out the door in my same car. I DROVE MY 06 HONDA, MY BUSINESS CAR, BUT WAS INTERESTED IN TRADING MY WIFE'S 06 SUBARU. I WAS OFFERED A FAIR WHOLESALE PRICE FOR THE SUBARU (UNSEEN) AND DAVE WROTE UP THE OFFER WHICH I ACCEPTED. I WENT HOME GOT THE CAR, RETURNED TO THE DEALER AND CONSUMMATED THE DEAL. I HAD HOPED TO GET A LITTLE MORE FOR THE SUBARU, BUT OVERALL VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY DAVE TREATED ME. THAT NIGHT I DROVE THE VW HOME TO MY WIFE WHO HAD NOT EVEN SEEN THE CAR. I KNEW SHE'D BE PLEASED AND SHE WAS. DAVE HAS MY FUTURE BUSINESS. AT NO TIME DID I FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY THE VW. Stopped in looking for a new vehicle, not knowing what we wanted. Test drove a couple models, but wanted to look at other manufacturers as well. After several weeks of shopping around, and being bombarded with constant, daily phone calls from other dealers, we returned to Denise, knowing exactly what we wanted. Cortese searched for the options we wanted, but did not find an exact match, so they ordered our vehicle to match our specific needs, without being pressured to "settle" for a vehicle that was close. Was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, and the Explorer arrived on the 4th week. There was never a hiccup during the entire process. And the service didn't stop after we took possession of the new Explorer. We have received several calls asking if we are happy with the vehicle and if we have any questions regarding the technology within the vehicle. We will be lifelong customers for both sales and service. A+++ to Ford, and the Cortese Sales, Finance and Management teams for a great experience. More
