I have been servicing my Ford Taurus for years at Cortese Ford. They have always been honest and never tried to sell me something I don't need. I have been looking to buy a newer car, but my credit needs improvement. Dave was very upfront with me. I know that when I am able to buy, I will buy from Cortese because they always have informed me of what I need and have never tried to pull a fast one in trying to get a bigger sale. The back-and-forth was kept to an absolute minimum, I liked that, I dealt almost exclusively with Tom. Best of all they keep me informed of any changes in the details or timing of the services they are providing. Most of my service visits are for routine maintenance. I call a day ahead to be sure they have time and then have a cup of coffee and read for a few minutes until my car is ready. The current service visit was for a more extensive repair on my older car. The repair was promised by the end of the day and Dino called when he said he would to say it was ready. I used the shuttle service to be dropped off after I took the car in yesterday morning, left the car overnight, and had the shuttle pick me up early this morning. Again, all as promised. Reliable shuttle service throughout the day is another important factor in giving Cortese a high rating. I can have my cars serviced as/when needed without the inconvenience of having to make special arrangements to get to/from the dealership. More

They did not have exactly what my family wanted on the lot but found it with miles of their location and got the price and financing where I needed to be.
