Sale Follow up I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer. Prior to the test drive it was noticed that one tire was underinflated. Put air in the tire and followed through with d I bought a 2018 Ford Explorer. Prior to the test drive it was noticed that one tire was underinflated. Put air in the tire and followed through with drive, purchase etc. There was a slow leak in the tire which we didn't notice until after I got the car home and was leaving the office the following day. Stopped by Cortese Ford. Dave Eichelberger found one of the service techs in the back and they filled the tire to get me home. Dave also arranged for service first thing the following day. Al Rosetter got things taken care of in the service department. Everyone responded quickly and professionally to my full satisfaction. Thank you, Kurt Z. More

Just in Time for Winter Having been out of town for the month of November, the first snow fall I encountered upon my return (and the inability to get my car up the driveway) Having been out of town for the month of November, the first snow fall I encountered upon my return (and the inability to get my car up the driveway) made me realize I needed to quickly get my snow tires on. I made a call to Cortese and they told me to bring up my car the same day, They mounted my tires and also realized my oil change was due (that observation saved me a return trip). That type of response and service is the reason that Cortese Ford is the ONLY place I will take my car. The attitude of the people you deal with is tremendous and the local WiFi allows me to work while waiting for my car. More

Recall on Truck I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I was without a vehicle for 5 days and it is a brand new lease I pay to drive! So that is something that needs to be considered. However my visit was overall pleasant because the issues were fixed and Darren was on top of anything else I needed. More
