I am not pleased with the fact that I paid, in cash, for 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 2 shop , as I was told I had dirt on the bead ( paying each time). I stopped x 7 to fill the tire with air.. when I arrived home, the car was brought back to Cortese, where the problem was resolved. I feel my time, money, and frustration should be compensated for with 2 free oil changes and tire rotations. More

Al greeted me, got me checked in for “the works”, offered coffee as I was waiting and checked me out when Scott finished the service. He even reminded me to use my rewards. Scott even took care of the wipe coffee as I was waiting and checked me out when Scott finished the service. He even reminded me to use my rewards. Scott even took care of the wiper arm recall. Truck was clean, as was the waiting room. They were all polite, professional and friendly. We’ve never had an issue with them in almost 30 years of bringing our vehicles there. More
