Flat tire I got a flat tire and had to have it towed to Cortese. I used Ford Roadside Assistance for the tow and Cortese was late in the afternoon. Specifically had an issue with conversion of FORDPASS points and after trying to correct on Ford sit service with timely manner and good feedback ...
